Nestandartinė konstrukcija

Installation onto an old terrace surface
Securing the supporting structure to an old surface: Mount the construction beams onto compensation/bearing plates or rubber pads (total structure at least 20 mm). Do not lay them directly onto an old surface to ensure water run-off.
Construction is only possible if the old surface has a 2 % incline to allow sufficient drainage. No not allow water logging. Make sure that there is sufficient ventilation.
Laying in rows and ship structure
Laying the barefootboards to be aligned (top picture, row structure), and staggered laying (bottom picture, ship structure) up to a terrace surface area of 12 × 12 m.
A gap of at least 2 cm must be left between the construction beams at the joints of the boards! Screw these construction beams with the concrete plate and apply safety bands accordingly. The board joints must have a minimum separation of 8 mm.
When laying in rows the construction beams have to be laid in pairs at a distance of 18 cm (axial measurement).
Laying on roof terraces
Support of the concrete plate on existing building protection mat: Screw construction beams with bearing plates or rubber pads (at least 3 mm) to 400 × 400 × 50 mm concrete plate. Ensure that sufficient drainage is possible so that all water can flow off.
Consult an architect or specialist firm on the type of construction. Make sure that there is sufficient ventilation. We recommend surrounding the roof terrace with gravel (grain size 32 × 64 mm) to ensure sufficient ventilation.
